We are thrilled to announce our new partnership with Angel Heart Farm in College Grove, TN! Angel Heart Farm is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit providing equine-assisted therapy to children facing chronic or life-threatening illnesses, as well as their families. By incorporating therapy into medical treatments, AHF helps children with cancer, brain tumors, heart conditions, blood disorders, cystic fibrosis, and more experience transformative moments of joy and healing. Working closely with healthcare professionals, AHF ensures each child’s visit is uniquely tailored to support the entire family. We’re proud to join forces to bring comfort, support, and smiles to these brave young patients.
